Day 4 - a big day

Matt is a happy boy with this full-on English breakfast. It's really a hangover cure!

After the breakfast at B&B with the newly wed, we went back to Horsham for brunch with Mr. & Mrs O'Leary.

My first taste of Toad in a Hole (Toad in the hole is an English name for meat, sausage or lamb cutlets baked in batter. It is also an egg sautéed in a hole cut from a piece of bread and a traditional British dish that consists of sausages in Yorkshire pudding mix.)

And homemade Summer pudding & Lemon custard.

And loads and loads of wine.
